The Goodwin offers both market rate apartment-style residences and a limited number of income-restricted units. Market rate two- and three-bedroom apartments range in price from $1475-$1750, depending on size and location.
Pricing for two- and three-bedroom income-restricted apartments are available at application. If you require an ADA-compliant unit, please let us know at the time of application.
