We Are A Pet-Friendly Community

One cat or dog per household is allowed. Mature dogs must be max. 30 lbs and 15″ at the shoulder. Puppies require a veterinarian’s letter estimating size at maturity. Certain dog breed restrictions and $350 one-time fee + $35 / month pet fee apply.

Parking

Each residence at The Goodwin includes one reserved parking space. A second reserved parking spot may be rented for $60 per month, pending availability.
